Intellectual Property Policy

Intellectual Property Scheme
Daxin has implemented an intellectual property management system and established the "Intellectual Property Management Manual" to actively enforce its intellectual property management policy, achieving the Taiwan Intellectual Property Management System TIPS A-level certification for the first time in 2022.
![]() Management System | Following TIPS standardsFollowing TIPS standards, we manage intellectual property throughout the complete cycle of acquisition, protection, maintenance, and utilization. Our patent incentive system promotes innovation through structured intellectual property training tailored to roles such as R&D personnel and TIPS audit staff, along with systematic reviews of internal R&D outcomes, aiming to generate high-quality patents and technically valuable trade secrets. Additionally, we establish comprehensive management protocols for documents, environments, and personnel to prevent important company information leakage, supported by educational training and public announcements. An external patent monitoring and analysis mechanism proactively identifies potential IP risks, providing management with timely intelligence and assessment recommendations , enabling preventive actions before disputes arise. |
![]() Systematic Management | Combining project tracking mechanisms and IP management systemSystematic Management of Intellectual Property adopts a dual-track approach, combining project tracking mechanisms with the development of an IP management system. We introduced a project tracking mechanism that strengthens patent portfolio planning and risk control. We also implemented a self-developed IP management system that integrates technology proposals, patent applications, and examination progress data. We apply this system to patent data analysis and patent value assessment, improving intellectual asset management efficiency and decision-making quality. |
Implementation
The Company has actively established systems related to intellectual property rights (patents/trade secrets), and has continuously revised and added articles to enhance our intellectual property management. Intellectual property-related matters are also regularly reported to the Board of Directors to strengthen intellectual property governance.
