Project Initiative : Solvent Material Flow Management

01Reduce

Daxin adopts source prevention as a core management principle. Through process optimization design, process control, and operational condition improvements, the Company enhances solvent utilization efficiency and reduces solvent consumption per unit of product. Recovered process solvents are purified through in-house solvent distillation systems and reused for cleaning purposes within operations.
In addition, real-time recording and tracking mechanisms are strengthened to identify abnormal end-of-process losses and output generation. Based on the analysis results, process parameters and management measures are continuously adjusted to reduce waste solvent generation and improve overall resource efficiency.

02Recycle

By applying distillation recovery and regeneration technologies, waste solvents are transformed into industrial-grade recycled solvent products for reintegration into both internal and external circular use systems.
This approach increases the economic value and circularity benefits of resource reuse, while supporting waste minimization and resource value maximization.

03Reuse

By promoting solvent-sharing mechanisms among internal laboratories and project teams, combined with proper on-site waste classification and segregation management, Daxin maximizes the utilization of reusable solvents, extends their service life, and reduces the demand for new solvent procurement and raw material input.
