I joined the Daxin team right after graduating from my master's program. I had heard that Daxin was a challenging company that demands strong R&D capabilities, which felt like a great opportunity for me. Sure enough, since joining, I've faced new challenges every day.

One big difference from graduate school is that research there tends to be a solo effort — when you hit a wall, you're often left to figure it out on your own. At Daxin, though, I've found that the people are what I love most about this company. Even though the problems here are more challenging than anything I faced in grad school, my department colleagues tackle them together with me, almost like we're in it together. Our weekly department meetings make it easy to quickly identify where a project is running into trouble, and outside of work, colleagues are always happy to share their experience with new hires. I think that's genuinely rare and valuable, and it's what I appreciate most about Daxin right now.
