EHS Management System and Implementation Status

Daxin is certified to ISO 14001 for its Environmental Management System and ISO 45001 for its Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Regular external audits are conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of these management systems and facilitate continuous improvement. In addition, Safety Committee and Management System Review Meetings are held quarterly to review environmental, health and safety (EHS) performance, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective and improvement actions, thereby ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for employees.

To safeguard employee health and workplace safety, Daxin engages qualified third-party organizations every six months to conduct workplace environmental monitoring, sampling, and testing. These activities help assess and prevent potential occupational health exposure risks. Daxin also provides appropriate occupational safety and health education and training and conducts regular employee health examinations.

Daxin has established a workplace inspection and audit system to strengthen environmental and safety management. Department supervisors and designated safety representatives conduct daily workplace inspections, while the EHS department performs regular inspections and audits. In addition, senior management conducts quarterly site inspections to review workplace safety conditions and promote continuous improvement in EHS management.

Environmental, Health and Safety Education and Training

New employees are required to complete 3–6 hours of EHS training, covering Daxin’s environmental, health and safety requirements and applicable regulations. All employees are required to complete annual occupational safety training, while designated personnel receive mandatory chemical hazard and first-aid training, along with periodic refresher training. Managers also receive risk management training. In addition, Daxin periodically organizes physical and mental health seminars and provides dedicated health information resources to promote employee awareness and education on health-related topics.

To further strengthen its EHS management capabilities, Daxin assigns qualified EHS personnel at the division or department level beyond minimum regulatory requirements. This approach helps strengthen Daxin’s EHS culture, enhance hazard awareness, and reduce workplace risks.
