ESG Implementation Framework 

 

To ensure effective sustainability implementation, we established a cross-departmental Sustainable Development Committee in 2021. The Committee comprises working groups covering corporate governance, global strategic planning, R&D and innovation, environmental sustainability, and employee and social welfare. The President serves as Committee Chair, with senior executives as Chief Committee Members, leading each group to promote action plans and implement the company's sustainable development initiatives.

 

Daxin conducted an ESG assessment based on international sustainability trends, GRI Standards, and industry benchmarks. This report presents the structure of the Sustainable Development Committee, stakeholder engagement practices, management strategies for material topics, and progress made over the past year. Each material topic is supported by specific policies and performance targets. Sustainability performance is reported to the Board of Directors at least once annually, with the Board overseeing progress and offering strategic guidance as needed.
