Governance Principles

When setting up the corporate governance system, in addition to complying with laws, regulations, articles of incorporation, contracts signed with the Stock Exchange, and other relevant regulatory matters, the Company shall follow the following principles:
1. Protect shareholder rights and interests.
2. Strengthen the functions of the board of directors.
3. Fulfill the functions of functional committees.
4. Value corporate sustainable development and resilience.
5. Enhance information transparency.

The board of directors, when supervising the management in establishing ethical corporate management policies, sustainable development policies, and risk management systems, shall follow the principles set forth in the preceding paragraph and consider the overall business activities of the Company and its subsidiaries.
