線路重佈層
應用
適用於晶圓級 (WLP)/ 面板級 (PLP) 先進封裝製程的液態感光性介電材料，可以旋轉塗佈或狹縫式塗佈於基材上形成薄膜；光感性使其可以被圖案化形成多層重分布線路 (RDL) 間之介電絕緣材料，此外，具有低溫固化、極佳的銅附著性及介電特性。
