Human Rights Policy
Daxin is committed to the protection and advancement of human rights throughout the Company and its supply chain.
We support the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), and seek to treat all workers with dignity and respect as understood by international human rights standards, including:
• Those rights expressed in the United Nations International Bill of Human Rights
• The International Labour Organization’s (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work
• The Ten Principles of The United Nations Global Compact (UNGC)
We also align our actions with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct and the Labor Standards Act (LSA), and commit to conduct our business in an ethical and responsible manner that supports and respects the protection of human rights of all workers, including regular, contract and temporary employees, and interns.
