Program
- Comprehensive Health Management Program and Health Promotion: We provide free health examinations for new and current employees. For those involved in high-risk operations, we arrange special health examinations for them annually. Daxin has an occupational health nurse at our wellness center to promote health and well-being. On-site health services with doctors are available monthly for personalized healthcare management. Workplace health programs are implemented to promote employee wellness.
- Mentor Program: New employees are assigned mentors who offer guidance, and arrange on-the-job training to support their work adaptation.
- Learning & Development: We offer a diverse range of training and development opportunities throughout the year. Our company strategically plans suitable learning resources for employees at different positions and stages of their careers.
