Human Rights Policy

Daxin strictly complies with local regulations across all operating locations while upholding key international standards, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), International Labour Organization (ILO), and the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact. We align our practices with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct and Taiwan‘s Labor Standards Act to ensure all employees work in an environment that promotes dignity and respect while maintaining safety.

  • Employ an occupational health nurse with monthly on-site medical services for high-risk operation employees and conduct regular health checkups.
  • Establish maternity protection plans with workplace safety measures, flexible duties, no night shifts, and parental leave options.
  • Implement Workplace Misconduct Prevention Policies and establish employee reporting channels.
  • Strengthen workplace safety management for contractors.

  • In strict compliance with government labor laws, Daxin will not force nor threaten any non-willing personnel to carry out work-related tasks
  • Forbid to withhold any employee certificates or ask for security deposits
