Business Conduct Policy

We expect the highest levels of performance for customers in accordance with our Business Conduct policy, the basis of our quality product manufacturing, service, and distribution to our clients. The attitude which we rely upon to manage our business and working relationship with customers, vendors and community members influences our business, and our company cannot afford to become complacent in this regard; therefore, we want to conduct our business affairs using the best available technology, resources, and processes.

The Business Conduct policy is an extension of our values which must be followed when we conduct business. This policy reflects our high-level collective commitment to ethical business implementation, compliance with current laws, and the trust and respect of consumers, vendors, shareholders and the global community. We diligently accept our responsibilities to manage our business with integrity, honesty and self-improvement.

Daxin Business Conduct Policy

Regulatory Compliance:
We are aware of and obey the laws and regulations that govern our business. Daxin will comply with both the applicable Taiwan laws and regulations that govern its operations and local laws wherever it does business.

Bribery and Anti-Corruption:
Daxin prohibits corruption of government officials and the payments of bribes or kickbacks of any kind, whether in dealings with public officials or individuals in the private sector.

Fair Competition and Antitrust:
We conduct our business in compliance with the laws that restrains free trade and limits competition.

Responsible Leadership:
We manage our business responsibly in order to maintain the confidence, respect, and trust of our customers, vendors, shareholders, and other audiences. We are committed to acting with integrity, investing in new product development, being responsive and accountable to our customers and vendor.

Daxin vendors must adhere to the highest standards of ethical behavior and regulatory compliance and operate in the best interest of Daxin. Vendors are expected to provide high-quality services and products while maintaining flexibility and cost-effectiveness. We do not engage in any unethical or illegal conduct with our vendors. We do not accept incentives such as kickbacks or bribes in return for conducting business with them.

Intellectual Property Protection:
We comply with the laws and regulations that govern the rights to and protection of our own and others' copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other forms of intellectual property.

Confidential and Proprietary Information Protection:
We respect our ethical and legal responsibilities to protect Daxin confidential and proprietary non-public information and communicate it only as necessary to conduct our business. We do not use this information for our personal advantage or for non-business use, and maintain this confidentiality even after termination of employment.

Avoidance of Conflicts of Interest:
Daxin employees are expected to act in the best interests of Daxin and to exercise sound judgment unclouded by personal interests.

Citizenship and Community Service:
We have a strong and demonstrated commitment to the improvement of society as well as the communities we serve and in which we operate. We encourage the support of charitable, civic, educational, and cultural causes. Our contributions include cash, donation and volunteer time.
